Yesterday, before we took her back home, we went and saw a production called “At the Cross”.  It was an incredible show, with pyrotechnics, real animals and an amazing sound system.  The program lasted 3 hours!  But with the modern twist on the story, it was really good.  I laughed and cried.  I was really impressed.  The minister played Peter and narrated most of the story.  He involved the audience and was very captivating.  The last show is tonight but if it back next year, you should really check it out.

I have thought about why I have done this and I’m still not sure.  It’s not because of vanity I don’t think, after 15 years with one boob…I was dealing alright with it.  My first thought was, my insurance will cover all of it, why wouldn’t I go for it?  My second thought was “Wow, I could actually wear a swimsuit that doesn’t have a fake boob sewn into it.”  (So ok, it was all about vanity)  But I am so greatful to the people who made this all possible .  My friends and family, who have encouraged me every step of the way and never once asked “Why?”  I am thankful for my husband who doesn’t quite understand why I found all of this necessary but has been there to help me get up, get dressed, take a shower and even helped me dye my hair.  My entire family has listened to me whine and complain and cry.  After talking to them, they have made me feel loved, strong and not such a big baby!

I am so blessed to have such a wonderful support team, whom I could not live without.  I love you guys.

On a lighter note…my dogs love the snow!  Mugs loves eating it!  He’s about like a dozer, opening his mouth and scooping up huge mouthfuls!  Katie is a little bit more of a priss about it.   And Pugs does his business and scoots right back in!

It’s too bad this snow couldn’t have happened during the week then I could have had another snow day!  Oh well!
